Heard from D'boss mouth today about our EPCC contract with QP. The amount is USD 250 mil for 19 months. Expected profit is 20%. Unless we screwed up, this is supposed to be a very easy job and we're expected to easily ace it. Heard that they've requested DAZ to be the sponsor and D'boss as the coordinator. The PM has yet to be chosen from 3 candidate. It seems that QP was so impressed with the Melayus there that we don't need to hire any expatriate for window dressing. Hope that we can pull it through. I sure would like to taste the 4 - 5 months bonus this year.
Just came back from AS and Hadyai. So finally I've sold the house for RM 176 K. B'cos the buyer wants to get more loan, we put in the total of RM 200K on the S&P. Luckily that I've hold on to the house for more that 5 years. So no Property Gain Tax needed to be paid. But buyer has only paid 5% downpayment. So since I've to pay the property agent (aroung RM 5K), I was left with only RM3K.
Trip to Hadyai was great. Managed to play one round of golf at Southern Hill. After that went for a bath at CP4. Cost me TB2100. It was heaven man. After bath, went for dinner at Krua Thale. Then straight to The Pubb for R&R. It was a very good outing for us. Maybe next trip is Bandung. All depends on the bonus payout. So tentatively, the timing is September/October. See loh. Ciao.
