Of ketuk ketampi bogel and kerang busuk

Lately the country are buzzing about the bogel ketuk-ketampi by the co call "Chinese" tourist from PRC at the PJ lock-up. I've looked at the clip, but today, all clips at various blogs has been taken off. Maybe they're afraid that the gomen will come after them or they can get into trouble if they continue posting the clip. Heard today during lunch with D'boss, ARI, ARA, NMH and AziziCOO that the lady actually was not a tourist but a potential drug pusher booked by the police about 5 month. This mean that the world has been dooped by somebody. If this is true, we can angkat topi to the guy la. He managed to lead the whole country. Maybe he has also done us a favour with his scam. Now maybe the P'Lah & Jib will take notice of what has been happening to the so call 'royal' police.

But just imagine.... ketuk-ketampi 10X, in the nude some more. Sure the kerang busuk can be clearly seen then. Wish I'm there. Hi. Hi. Hi.

Today, I'm going to PG for their 8 mil safe hours celebration tomorrow. Same flight with D'boss. He said tonight, Tommy Chua is fetching us for dinner and drinks after that. See la tonight how.

Went out for teh tarik with NMH. Heard that DST is pushing for an extension but only want to take KLGCC. During lunch last Friday (before golf at Kinrara), I told Fendy about this. Well, he said that DST has already moved in..... into his office! He has been evicted from his office to an office without the view. Suddenly everything fell into places. What DST is currently doing is to secure his place at KLGCC. Heard also that DST is going to present a paper to Tan Sri Chairman on the way forward for KLGCC. I'm pretty sure that whatever it is he'll potray KLGCC as a very 'tenat' place which need salvation by him. At least that's what the GM think. Go for it Datuk. Tremple them one by one for your own lust & satisfaction.

Last Saturday, I didn't attend SDB open day at SDCC. Although already confirmed, suddenly I feel malas to go lah. Went to wifey friend's instead at Batu Cave. See lah what will happen.

Last nite went with wifey to watch Puntianak HSM2. OK lah. Not too bad.

Finally, doing some work.

Ahhh, finally I'm feeling quite busy now with actual work need to be done. Previously just lepakking around pretending to be busy and look busy. This issue with DOSH on the PRC crane operators and also with my own KPI that need to be finalised has take up quite of my time. Yesterday there was a signing ceremony btw SDB and the mayor of Rongchen & Weihai Municipal Government of China. Not a big hoo haa but a rather quite important event for SDB. If not then why almost all DD attended (only DST & JKY were noticeably absent). Then I was supposed to play golf with the mayor but last minute was denied as another asshole wanted to play. So D'boss kicked me out. But it's OK, as I don't feel like playing as well.

Heard also that DST contract was not renewed and he's due to retire next June. Told Fendy this and he's very delighful. Heard that quite a number of people is not happy with DST (except the ass lickers of course) b'cos DST is treating them like his slave with no recogntion or motivation was given. Only Tiu, tiu and tiu. If this news is true, I think they'll kenduri pisang come June next year Hi, hi, hi.

Sabai-Sabai

Last week went to Pattaya, Thailand on business. SDB owned a power plant at Laem Chabang Industrial Estate. Went with JL for a visit just to get to know the operation (since I also cover Power). Let me tell you, Pattaya is heaven. Met at the Bangkok airport by Oon, then drive to Pattaya from Bangkok took us around 2 hours. Well coming out from the airport alone took us 30 mins. But driving is great. Using their main motorway, we passed 3 tolls and the road can take you straight to Laos. Smooth driving all the way.

In Pattaya, what can I say. It's a tourist haven, so naturally, the place were jammed pack with the "farangs" or Mat Salleh in our lingo. The Walking Street along the Pattaya beach is full of food peddlars, souvenirs shops as well as the girlie bars. About 2 km in length. Not to mentioned, the road is full of "working ladies". After a great sea food dinner, Oon took us to one of the A-go-go bars where you get to sit in front of naked girls dancing on the bar table.

Well, I get connected to one of the LCP people. He invited me to come back for a private visit. This time we'll play golf. I've already contacted my friends and everybody is excited to go next month. I'll have to follow-up on this later. Tentative date : 15 Dec - 17 Dec. We'll see lor. Ciao.

Cuti-cuti Melaka

Just came back from my cuti at A'Farmosa Resort, Melaka. Brought the whole jing-bang; Dad, Mum, Sis & hubby together with their 2 kids + maid, my family and my maid as well (don't leave home without them). Rented for 2 nights the bungalow for RM 400+ per night. Bungalow came equipped with private pool. Had a good time there. But unfortunately, my 2nd son fall down from the bed they were happily jumping and fractured his wrist. I have to searched for the clinic that can X'ray him. Found one at Tampin town. Other than that it's quite a good holiday. We promised to do this annually and next time will invite my brother's family along.

The whole jing-bang.

My precious.

Pelan-pelan mau kasi bagus.

I've been reading a few blogs this past few months. I now understand that you can actually make money out of it and some just blogs to inform people. I blog because I've got nothing better to do in the office (he. he. he.). But I can see some bloggers has actually improve their blog from time to time. Take Uncle Lim Roket (blog.limkitsiang.com) for an example. I like to read his because his has gave me an opportunity to listen to the other side. I find his writing quite interesting and sometime has used his argument to argue with my hardcore Umno father. Which is quite interesting because I sometime win the arguments. I also read Jeff Ooi and Mack Zul. These are a few blogs that I read regularly ( of course not to mention some other juicy blogs with juicy photos wink, wink).

Now looking at Uncle Lim's blog, it's like... Waah. So canggih one. This let me to wonder whether does he now personally maintain the blog or now he's got somebody else to write for him. I used to belittle the Umno MPs who is ignorance of the power of Internet but if Uncle Lim now use a ghost writer, I didn't want to put his under my favourite anymore.

Heard recently thet SDB will buy over 2% of CST share just to get management control. Donno whether it's true or not. We'll see lor. But the fact now SMSA was posted to CSTPJ for 2 month to help them get back on track especially on Banbury #2 issue, strengthen the rumour.

Ciao.

Sewa rumah & mortgage payment

Received a call yesterday from my landlord requesting to see me to discuss about the tenacy agreement. In other word, sewa mau kasi naik la brudder. As you know, I'm paying RM950 per month for a run down house at TTDI-Jaya Shah Alam. So recently after much thinking and calculating with my sempua, I bought a house at Kayangan. Received the loan offer from AmBank today. Total loan RM281,500. Payment RM2,122 every month. Interest BLR + 0.15%,tenure 20 years. MRTA I took only for 15 yrs. Sigh, hopefully I can survive the next 20 years to say that I now stays in my own house and not a house owned by the bank.

ARI came by this morning to have a discussion with JGR before he goes off. Heard that he's going off tomorrow. Some of his staffs has arrange a farewell party for him. They came and asked me for a contribution which I declined. I don't want to give a single cent to a man who has no respect for me earlier and thought that like I owe him something. So from my heart... F**k off John.

Arrangement has been made for me to visit Pattaya next week after coming back from Melaka. I'm going to enjoy myself.. he. he. he. My parents is coming tomorrow by AirAsia. Gotto pick them up at the airport. Tomorrow also I'm scheduled to play golf with kawan-kawan. Curi tulang lagi la jawabnya. Ciao.

Raya 2005..Come & Gone

Greeting fellow simians. Wow, klip-pok, klip-pok, raya has already passed. It has been quite a while since I blog. I find cuti this time is really cuti. No news from the office, no phone calls or SMS regarding any incidents happening (or they didn't call?? Hmm...). Since I have no access to a computer, I didn't make any attemp to blog or surf. BTW, I was in Penang for my Raya this year.

Nothing much happen during Raya. In the morning, we dressed up and ask our parents for forgiveness (and of course the best part is giving duit raya to them). Then all of us will park ourself in front of the idiot box and wait for somebody to turn up. What's wrong with this scenario??? If nobody turn up, we'll just eat the roti jala ourself and talk among ourself. I donno laa, raya nowdays means nothing to me and also to my kids (I think). I don't allow them to go duit raya hunting, gave them some money and told them to stay put in the house. Same goes for my sister's and brother's. They'll bring in their kid and we just asked them to play with each other. Gone are the days where groups of kid will go hunting for duit raya. Even though we'll get maybe 10 or 20 cents each house, it's gratifying when at the end of the day, everybody will sit down and start counting the cents to see who got the most.

This year Raya at Cory's house was OK. After lunch, I slept and after Maghrib, we went to beraya at Mak Besar's. We also made a stop at Mak Tam's. gave her RM50 for duit raya. Pity her, she has a good for nothing son and daughter. Pak Tam was away working on nite shift. Just imagine working on Raya nite.

The next day went to D'boss house after Jumaat. Not many people around anymore. Probably they came before. Met Rosli (ex-QA Proton) there. Heard he's currently working at a Naza vendor in Gurun. Family still stay at Shah Alam. Hmm... weekend husband. Definately a no no for my wifey. She prefer to be along side her man. Thru thick and thin. BTW, my Jitra house deal didn't go thru. The guy has decided to buy the house at Sarina's. It seems that there're still unsold houses at Bandar Darulaman. Hmm... maybe I need to change strategy.

Heard that DAZ also buat open house. But I didn't go. Went to Pak Lah Botak house instead. There were many relatives having their lunch at his house and I just gate crashed. Wifey already remind me that probably we're intruding after Pak Lah said that there're a lot of people at his house, but I didn't care. I just want to meet my old friend and say hi. That's all.

To be continued......
