I've been informed yesterday that my loan has already been dispersed. Thank god! So now I've to pay the other bill which amounting to around RM700 plus the interest of RM 100. After that, I can take my keys and start putting up the grills and lighting. Shukor said he has friends that can help. Pay a bit never mind as long as good work done.

Still have not re-visit the doctor of my diabetic problem. No time. Other improtant things to do including settling of my income tax, pay my house developer and collecting the keys, wife delivery date is coming etc. Currently keep on taking the drug prescribe by SJMC.

Heard today that Toh MF of CST tender resignation today. 24 hrs. Wah lau eh. Must be some crisis at CST Sales that caused him to do that. NAMH suspected only wayang. We'll see lor.

Epoxy deal and electrical deal at CST is almost done deal. Shukor is going to AS tomorrow to finalise the deal. He'll be playing golf with Rizal. Hopefully things turn up well. At least ada masyuk laa sikit.

This weekend, planned to go to Hard Rock with Fendi. Kata ada durian baru. Cun & blonde lagi. That makes Shukor very uneasy about missing the session. Cun ke tak, we'll see. Ciao

Road Paved In Gold....Part 3

Heard from D'boss mouth today about our EPCC contract with QP. The amount is USD 250 mil for 19 months. Expected profit is 20%. Unless we screwed up, this is supposed to be a very easy job and we're expected to easily ace it. Heard that they've requested DAZ to be the sponsor and D'boss as the coordinator. The PM has yet to be chosen from 3 candidate. It seems that QP was so impressed with the Melayus there that we don't need to hire any expatriate for window dressing. Hope that we can pull it through. I sure would like to taste the 4 - 5 months bonus this year.

Just came back from AS and Hadyai. So finally I've sold the house for RM 176 K. B'cos the buyer wants to get more loan, we put in the total of RM 200K on the S&P. Luckily that I've hold on to the house for more that 5 years. So no Property Gain Tax needed to be paid. But buyer has only paid 5% downpayment. So since I've to pay the property agent (aroung RM 5K), I was left with only RM3K.

Trip to Hadyai was great. Managed to play one round of golf at Southern Hill. After that went for a bath at CP4. Cost me TB2100. It was heaven man. After bath, went for dinner at Krua Thale. Then straight to The Pubb for R&R. It was a very good outing for us. Maybe next trip is Bandung. All depends on the bonus payout. So tentatively, the timing is September/October. See loh. Ciao.

Road Pave in Gold..... Part 2

Yesterday 5 people from QP came for a visit to Malaysia. Their mission is to visit us before awarding us the contract. MFI was telling me this morning that these QP people were very strict in accepting presents, souvenirs and even lunch. It'll put them in a very difficult position, they said. They're staying at the Mandarin Oriental. Today one whole day at SDOE/SESB office. The contract is an EPICC job worth RM 950 mil for 28 months (not RM 1.2 bil as per earlier projected). Our profit is expected to be around 30% which round up to RM 285 mil. So per month we're expected to get around RM10 mil profit. So today is the whole O&G team show. Luckily (or not) I'm not involve in any of it. Tomorrow they'll be visiting PG. Heard that they'll be going back on Monday. Wonder what has been planned for them over the weekend. Hmmm.....

The new CFO in China has started to show its true colour. Heard yesterday from ARA that he complaint about his package & appointment letter to Datuk Khatijah. WTF. D'boss was fuming mad and DAZ immediately called HIAH to get him sort this thing out. According to ARA, his salary now is already too high (RM 18K), so with this new mobility policy, he'll be getting much more. I told ARA that just because his salary is already high, he should not be deprived of his entitlement. But things has turn sour now that Datuk Khatijah in the picture. Let's see how HIAH & ARA is going solve this.

I'm stuck in the doldrum now on my new house as my loan is still not settled yet. The developer has send me the reminder to settle the RM300K amount and will charge 10% interest on daily basis if I've can't settle them on time. Sigh, don't know what to do lah. See how lor.

As for the Hadyai trip, all has been arranged. Meeting with Basharizal at STI, room reservation in AS as well dinner. I've asked Ah Beng help on our trip to Hadyai on Sat.8 April. He said Ah Guan may joint us. We'll see lor. Ciao.

Latest news from the fat guy (AKA) beside me is that it's confirmed that we got the QP project. I was told that it is worth RM 1.2 billion. OMFG... so can I assume that this year bonus will be around 6 months? See... for a makan gaji guy, it's always about what's in it for me (WIIFM). Well, what else can I, who is the lowest paid GM in this fucking organisation, say? But rest assured that I'm not complaining. My work now is very comfortable and I don't intend to change the status that soon.

Now that the 9MP has been delivered by PokLoh, let's see whether the MoAM that DAZ mentioned in Pattaya materialized. Eventhough the groundwork has actually been layed, in which the formation of a JV company with Brunsfield has been completed, we'll see how the JV btw this SDBrunsfiled S/B and the various SEDCs will commence. With all this, D'boss will be more sibuk than ever. Wonder how his wife feels about it.

Heard on Saturday, DAZ called up HIAH regarding the appointment letter of one CFO at WSD China. Seems that ARA has already asked HIAH about the letter but was told that he'll have to sleep it thru first. Guest he has overslept and now the good Dato' is fuming mad together with D'boss. No wonder ARA ass was hauled up last Sat. to Jalan Raja Laut. Hmmm... but la kerja sikit Encik. Jangan dok jalan-jalan aje.

Today my glucose level is quite good (7.0 mmol/l). Hope it stays that way for the rest of the week. Today, I've got lunch appointment with Viv & Puteri. Nak makan Japanese pulak these old pussies. What to do... Makan la loh. Ciao
