P.Ramlee The Musical.

Went with wifey to see My Name Is Remy or P.Ramlee The Musical on their opening nite last Thursday 18. Cost me da bomb as well. Bought ourselves a RM120 ticket (plus RM3 online service fee) and the seats was good as well. The show produced by none other than Datin Seri Tiara. Since it was tye opening nite, everybody who is somebody in the "arts" world has to e there to be seen (we included, he.he.he). Some of the stars sighted were Aqashah, Afdlin Shauki and family, Datuk K and Datuk Seri Effendi Nawawi of course, Kartini of 3R (who was sitting in front of me), Umi Aida, Nora Danish, the AlBakri clan and soooo many other artists. But the sight to behold is of course none other than Nasha Aziz. Wow!!! She's D'Bomb. Sleek, elegant in her purple dress, she ooze beauty. Pity I could not get close as wifey is around (or maybe I'm scared???).

The show as far as I'm concern was .... OK lah. So, so je. Datuk Siti performance kira OK la. Not so challenging lah the role. My favourites are Attilla who play Junaidah and Melisa Saila who play Norizan. Wifey's friend was also casted. We met him during the PGL show last Feb. he's quite good for a short guy. That was him at the opening act below.

Mari Shopping Raya

Since Raya is around the corner, went with wifey to Midvalley and Subang Parade last weekend. Forgot already how much we've spend for the kids. Top if off with one laptop and one pair of sunglasses for us. Bought a pair of Dior for wifey and Ray Ban (what else) for me. I've yet to get me a samping for my baju melayu. Heard from Fendi that the baju at Plaza Shah Alam are quite nice and price is also affordable. So probably will go there this weekend.

Last nite brought wifey, Syafiq and Ashraf for buka puasa at Blue wave Hotel, Shah Alam. Quite pricey if you ask me. One pax is around RM172 ++. But no charge for the kids. Today I have buka puasa with Fendi and Shukor somewhere in KL. They want to blanja me in celebration of my birthday.

Where is the fountain??

Went back home yesterday evening hoping to see our new fountain under the porch. Bloody hell, there was none! Mana ni... deposit sudah bayar, air tarak sampai amacam? Wifey said she called them yesterday and they said they'll come and install today. Aiyoo..itu macam pun ada ka? Anyhow, let's see whether it's there or not today.

Bonus already in today. First thing I did was transfer 3K to wifey. This is part of her monthly allowances. Need to transfer another 1.5K soon. Also tomorrow hope to open up MSL account at Maybank Taipan. Then need to transfer about 15K in that account. Hopefully the job that we're doing at the moment ada untung sikit. This is part and parcel of learning the trade. Will have to be more involve in the day-to-day running of the business. Aah.. that remind me I still need to pay Lee another RM1,700. Before raya lah..

Happy B'day

Today is my birthday. Since it's Ramadhan, so no celebration with friends. Wifey bought me a nice ice cream cake but since I'm diabetic, so only one slice je. The rest anak-anak solosaikan. Tomorrow the fountain that we ordered will arrive. Hopefully it'll be very nice at it's place. Last Sunday, nazri and his machai came to extend the power outlet under the porch, install the door bell and install the retractable laundry line at the back. Not yet paid. Donno how much. Will try to post a few pics of the fountain tomorrow.

Welcome Back Man.

Hi.. guess what? I'm back on this blog. After laying off for the past 1 year, suddenly I've got the urge to come back blogging in this site. The last time I stop, a lot of things has happened to me and to the group. For a start, I've move from E&UD to Group TQM here at the head office. Eventhough it's not official yat, I'm already in the office supposedly doing some work. But what more work can you do when it's puasa time and I've got 3 capable men helming the fort.

But let me tell you, actually I don't like coming here. I donno, somehow I feel that everybody is waiting to pounce on you once you screw up. It's like a powder keg up here. You have this Columbian chick who thought that she's the 2nd boss and d'boss who thought that he's the bantal busuk to the GCE. So my view on all this....screw everybody. I'll try to survive this madness until I cannot tahan. Then I'll make my move.

Flying High

During the Power MCM last week, D'boss has indicated that there'll be one new "BIG" project coming our way. This does not include the Water Project with the Northern Corridor which is estimated to deliver billions of profit to SDB. If that is the case, then D'boss now is flying high in SD list of the Gods. Heard also that next year he'll be confered the prestiges Dato'ship by the Kedah Mightiest God. Good for him. We the mere mortals can only hope that the wealth will also be spread out downwards.

Recently also, I heard from the money man that 2 projects is now already shaky. The Kuantan project and also the much hyped QP project. Also news from the south heard recently that QM project which is supposedly in the pocket already now is also shaky. Hmm.... let's see what the fat guy and the grey one will do next.

Eidul Fitri is coming soon. Today is the Buka Puasa day for SDB staff. Since I was invited, I'll go lah. Our division's BP day was last week on the 12th. DAZ, AAH & Ir.JH were the Gods that decended down to Jalan Kewajipan. Our chairman TS Taj also came with his consort. To me it's quite successful laa. Total budget allocated for the event is around RM25K. Ya, not to mentioned, Mrs.D'Boss came as well with N'tasya. I want to say D'Boss's big boss, but we know the real truth. We also invited about 80 yatims. Among the GMs, only one guy is missing, Mazlan. Heard that he's still in grieve over his daughter and recently his father demised. May Allah blessed their souls.

SD Group Game -E&U Division.....Hampeh

The SD Group Game 2006 concluded yesterday with team of SD Berhad is the overall champion. Went to the opening on Sat. DAZ officiated. Thanks to my lucky stars that I attended. DAZ was really pissed off when only a handful of the executives (me included) make an attemp to attend. He was not in a good mood the whole morning. Dare not to go and greet him also. A friend Thina tried to greet him but was snarled upon by him.

All in all, what I really like about the game is the sporting spirit as well as the competitiveness shown throughout the game. With teams trying to cilok by including 'import' players to teams strategizing on competing in the games that they're sure to win, overall the game is a success. As for E&UD, I was told that they came up second....from behind, Kah.Kah.Kah. We didn't win any of the game but only came second in Bowling & Cricket. The other game either we kantoi or 3rd placing. As for the CDM (Chief De Mission), he's now pumped up to do better in 2008. That's the spirit. We'll see how in 2008. Ciao.
