The blue circular has finally out. Dated 20th July, I've missed some.

1. Azhar AH moved to CPB, bulls eye. :-)
2. IR Joe taking AAH placed - wrong!:-(
3. Dato' TPB succeed IR Joe - wrong! :-(
4. Datuk ST Alkohol heading Northern Corridor - bulls eye. :-)
5. Thina moved to Berhad - bulls eye. :-)
6. IMA boss transfered to SUEP as CFO - bulls eye.:-)

Well, sometimes it's true, sometimes is all BS. Cheers.

The Agony of Defeat

Yesterday Golf Group Game was a disaster for the Energy Division. Most of their players played badly. Only their MD, team manager, Tommy & SF played decently. The rest "hampeh". Perabis beras je. Even the so call good players from PG also fumbled. During the prize giving ceremony, there were "sounds" made by other DD on the "missing"of the Energy players going up the stage to receive the prizes. I can still see the red face of D'boss with his fake smile, smiling the whole time. Then sure enough, immediately after the game, D'boss has mentioned to the team captain that he wanted the team captain to organize regular games of at least once a month to improve the skill of the players. Rope in the client/customers as well so that we can claim as entertainment. Need to get cracking lah.

Last night at the YSD-Wolfson Alumni dinner, heard that AAH has been going around saying his farewell to a few TMB companies world wide. So if that's the case, the rumour could be true. Just wait for the blue circular to come out laa. Cheers.

D'boss eventually has signed the salary increment for his division yesterday. Heard that 2 GMs will finally be promoted to JG6. Congratulation to both of them. Me think that only one of them deserve to be promoted but the other one still mmmmm... 50/50. I'm keeping their identity to myself this time.

As for moir, heard that my increment is quite OK. Heard also D'boss has put in some adjustment as well. Thank you Boss, only God can repay what you've done for me. As for me, I'll continue serving you the best of my ability with a bit of "snaking" at side. He. He. He. Cheers.

Blue Circular Coming....?

Heard from somebody a few days back that a blue circular will come out soon. Well those working with SDB will know that this means that top gun movement. This is what I've heard :

1. AAH is moving from TMB to SPSB.
2. JH is going to take over AAH position.
3. Dato' TPB will be promoted to head the Prop.Div.
4. And our "I'm the god and you're all mere mortals" DST will head the Northern Corridor thing.
5. TMT will move to the HQ reporting to SG. He'll be acting as some sort of watchdog for DAZ.
6. The IMA boss will be transfered to SUEP as the Finance Director.

So we'll see whether the news are true or not.

It's Coming But Lesser

Heard last week that the salary increament has reduced from 7% average to 6% average. Seems that HIAH didn't have the balls to honour his word... or being a yes man as we know, he just simply say err... YES to anything that came out from DAZ mouth.

A new guy came to report duty today. He's a finance man and was hailed from the SD university which is DMIB. It seems that there are a lot of these maggots nowdays. They're everywhere, in Jln Raja Laut and also in USJ. Can't seem to shake them off. Well, if you can't beat them.. might as well joint them. Cheers.

Heard that MNA is going to be promoted to Head of Power Div. The blue paper has yet to be circulated. I expect the circular will come out together with AAH move to SPSB and some other movements. Nothing about me yet. Thank god.
